Antea

Antea is a storage unit with four doors mounted on invisible hinges with carved-in handles. The top surface and the door meet at a 45-degree angle, the height of the internal shelves is adjustable.
Each element is hand finished on all sides.
The whole manufacturing and finishing process is done completely by hand in our own atelier.
The wood used for this piece is Juglans Regia – common Italian Walnut, not dried, but “raw”.
This wood, which belongs to the Latin tradition of furniture making, is characterised by a very compact fibre but at the same time can be worked without too much difficulty, and is therefore very suitable for making household structures.
